Registration is open until 4.10.2024.

Participation costs

The organizers will cover lunches and coffee breaks. Moreover we can cover accommodation in double rooms in a hotel for a limited number of participants. If You are willing to use this option, indicate it in the registration form. Please note, that the number of places is limited and the young participants will be prioritized according the rule "first come, first serve".

After the registration You will be informed via e-mail, whether You got or did not get a place in the hotel. In a case of unsuccessful application, the participant is obliged to organise accommodation on their own.

The organizers do not cover travel costs.
